Nagomi offers a wide variety of dishes including sukiyaki and beef hot pot using Aomori’s specialty Kuraishi beef on top of its recommended à la carte menu of tempura, sashimi, and more in addition to ample course meals made with seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant also offers a large assortment of Aomori sake and wine to enjoy with each dish.

There is no greater pleasure for a chef than to be able to work with the varied and enriching ingredients that Aomori provides. Our menu has a focus on traditional, local Aomori dishes, but in order to give them more of a “zest” we are constantly engaged in research and development to create the most ingenious original variations.
